ENJOY YOURSELF will be hosting  another BODY MOVEMENT EVENT in Wels (Austria) from July 1st to July 2nd 2023.

The event is amazing because it brings together different art forms, e.g.  NATURAL MOVEMENT , DANCE , CAPOEIRA, MUSIC, JAW YOGA & PAINTING. Our goals is to connect people and support them in how to free themselves through  the art of movement and music.

*WHAT IS ENJOY YOURSELF ?

MESTRE XUXO  is the founder of the ENJOY YOURSELF COMPANY,  and its 100% focused on creating events around the world and bring together different artists to make cultural exchange through workshops. MESTRE XUXO believes that movement and music have the power to transform humans and humans have the power to transform the world! Therefore he focused his strength to create that connection and within he developed a method called MOVEMENT CONNECTION.

MOVEMENT CONNECTION FLOW is not just about working the moving YANG energy but also the YIN energy, the spirit and our soul.  It's to give you vocabulary for your daily practice independently of the modality and movement capacities. 

Mestre Xuxo brought together different modalities and developed a method for people who spend most of the day sitting in offices, but also for fighters, dancers, movers or people that just want to have a better life quality. 

Within the MOVEMENT CONNECTION FLOW, you will find movement elements like NATURAL MOVEMENT, MARTIAL ART, YOGA, which all enable you to work on your body strenght, mobility, cardio, balance, breath and much more. 

MESTRE XUXO is a movement artist, capoeira master and rapper in Brazil, since the age of 2 years he has been training CAPOEIRA ( Brazilian Martial Art ) with his father. He traveled 143 countries to share his art form and also learn more about people and cultures all around the world. Nowadays Mestre Xuxo is based in Brazil after traveling for 19 years overseas.

We provide childcare on Saturday (until dinner) and Sunday. 

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• What to bring: Camping outside or mats to sleep inside the gym, a littel mirrow for Jaw Yoga, canvas for painting class (you can also buy one at the event)
• It can already be arrived the evening before (Friday, 30 June 2023) from 7 pm and overnight at the venue. Please register in advance with Julia at (+43) 650 4040784
